Hi!
We will be glad to see you, I'm sure! We meet at the Law building at
CU. Chris will post an announcement to the list the day before the
meeting giving the exact location.
And if you're interested, quite a few of the Linux people also seem to
enjoy meeting at Hacking Society every Thursday night at 7 pm, at Cafe
Sole, which is on the back side (opposite of the major roads) at
Broadway and Table Mesa, in the Table Mesa shopping center (there's a
big King Soopers grocery store in there).
And since you introduced yourself, I'll do likewise. My name is
Jonathan Briggs, I also work in Interlocken, at eSoft (much MUCH smaller
than Sun :). I've lived in Boulder for 25 years, except for 3 years in
Phoenix, Arizona.
My favorite distribution is Gentoo Linux with crazy CFLAGS. I like to
find compiler bugs. :) My favorite CPU is the Athlon64/Opteron, but I
have a soft spot for Itaniums. Sooo cute! :)
