Tom's Root/Boot floppy distribution is very good. I don't recall if it has
reiserfs tools on it, however. If you have a CD writer and decent bandwidth
there are dozens of bootable CDs with tools on them. Knoppix is the most
famous of them and has lots of tools on it. Knoppix is general purpose, I
think there are several that are designed for recovery, but I bet knoppix
has what you need already.
