[lug] Greasemonkey and LibraryLookup

I saw someone on clue advertise his GM script there, so I thought I'd do
the same here.  I've written two Greasemonkey, LibraryLookup-based
scripts for the Boulder Public Library:

I'm pretty sure they currently work, but BPL slightly changed its
catalog a bit ago.  I think I've adapted to it.
