[lug] set or change host name - FC3

I just installed an FC3.  The hostname is the second entry in the /etc/hosts file.  But there are obviously other places I need to change or add hostname.

What's the easiest way to do that?  I'm seeing many different "opinions".

What's easiest for FC3?
