On RH-style machines there are lots of management commands that start
with "redhat-".  If you're a GUI oriented person you can usually get
away with setting up your X conection (or be on the console) then in a
shell type "redhat-" followed by your shell's auto-complete sequence.

Side note, the shell complete sequence for bash is [tab+tab].  For tcsh
it'd be [ctrl-d] or [tab].

You should find one for the hostname or network configuration which will
let you change the hostname information.
