[lug] BVSD Windows vs Mac craziness

Looks to me as though the decision has already been made & someone is 
merely trying to rationalize it.

Look on the bright side. It'll eventually mean some additional local IT 
job for a support/PC techs. Someone has to deal with all the "why does 
my PC no longer <insert problem here>" questions which inevitably arise 
with Windows(*), attempt to  remove the virii & spyware, & do the 
regular re-images after the machines have been root-kitted beyond 
redemption.

* "Creeping Windows Entropy" - the process by which any PC running 
Windows devolves from a useful tool into a slow & unreliable door-stop 
in @ 6 months, irrespective of it's users cluefullness.
