I have a nice laptop 4 sale. It's a Sony VGN-S260, 1G memory, 80G hard drive, 
super sharp wide screen, an extra extended life battery, AC adapter... Runs 
Linux extremely well. 

I paid $1700 14months ago for the base unit plus I spent another $500 or so on 
the added memory and the additional battery. Both batteries work well and the 
screen is in excellent condition.  The laptop itself is in excellent 
condition as well.
