I have a cousin who is wanting to switch her mail slowly from msn.com
to gmail.com.

Does anyone know whether msn.com provides a "forward all mail" function?

When I was using Comcast email, that function was as simple as
checking a box and providing the forwarding address on my user
account, but I know from nothing about msn.com.
