[lug] Using Mutt and Replying to Messages Sent as Attachments

I use mutt as my mail client, and ever since MS Outlook started formatting
messages as HTML attachments, I can't seem to quote the messages in
response. Even to read them, I have to view the attachment. Since a lot of
the world still uses whatever MS sends them I get these sorts of messages
quite oftten. Does anyone know of a solution where I can still use mutt's
text interface with these?
