[lug] Source for obscure part?

OK, maybe it isn't obscure, but I've never seen one for sale.  Never 
looked until recently, but anyway...  I've just put together a new 
computer and there is a COM port available, but not on the back panel. 
I need a COM port slot thing.  A COM port that will take the place of a 
blank in the case and have a ribbon cable that I can attach to the 
internal COM port.  Anyone know where I can buy such a thing?  If anyone 
has one and would like to trade for the same thing but for USB, let me know.
