My understanding is that the SCSI ADF scanners are a lot more likely to work
than USB (mine is USB).
And yes, it's really nice when it works. I scanned a lot of pre-1996 journal
articles in grad school so that I could access them at home or at school
without lugging a 200lb file cabinet back and forth. ;)
What software/commands do you use to convert the pile of paper into a PS/PDF?
