[lug] video4linux cardlists

I am becoming interested in purchasing a TV-Tuner/Capture Card. My
question is, looking in the kernel documentation under video4linux I
see some text files that are card lists. Some of the cards listed
appear to have address ranges listed next to them, others don't. Are
all these cards supported by the kernel, or just the ones with the
address ranges, or none of them? Its just not clear to me what these
lists are trying to tell me.

Does anyone have suggestions for available TV-Tuner/Capture Cards?
