I've had very good luck with Crucial and Kingston RAM.  Crucial's "memory
wizard" web site makes it a no brainer to buy though and that's why I
usually do.  With the exception of a couple of times that they've been out
of what I needed.  It takes me longer to track down the Kingston that will
work with the board I'm putting it in, and a few times it hasn't despite
the vendor saying it should.  <shrug>
