Remember to see this in the right context.  When Comcast, or any ISP, 
sees a mail or web server it's always(*) due to somebody being in a 
botnet and running a mail or web drop on that compromised system.  Ditto 
blocking outbound SMTP connections, although there's a significant 
amount of legitimate traffic where people are connected to their 
company's mail server.

(*) within a statistical margin of error.
