[lug] New BLUG Website

[Boulder Linux]

Hi all,

I spent some time this week working up a new website for BLUG.  I've
deployed it and it is now live as our primary website.  I kept the
content the exact same, just put in a new layout.  I also removed the
book review section since we had nothing there to begin with.
