[lug] Celebrate the end of summer, installfest, 4 weeks.

We're back at DeVry DTC for installfest on the 29th of September.  The
web site is updated (finally) so take a look:

There are new parking directions and we're still getting used to the new
location so take a look at the web site.

I guess September ought to be about the end of summer, isn't it?  So
there's your excuse to come out to installfest.  I guess that getting 
people down all the way from Boulder may take more than a cool building 
to do Linux in so I'll see what I can come up with.
