[lug] Moving from integrated to AGP video card

I'll check, but the evil twin who runs XP didn't require popping open 
the case.  I could see a driver changing bios settings, but not a 
hardware jumper.  At this point I'm almost ready to swap cards, just to 
make sure it's not just a bum card.
