[lug] Testing hardware

My company is going to make a product using COTS hardware.

We'll take delivery from a manufacturer of some Intel boxes, pour in some
software and hardware of our own, and sell it.

The PC manufacturer will test the hardware extensively before selling it to
us.  Or, you know, not.

I'm looking for recommendations for damage prophylaxis: What suites of
hardware tests can and should we run on these boxes once we get them.
