While I agree with you on service and everything to do with people at
Dell, I disagree about the hardware.  We've been running lots of Dell
servers with almost no problems over the last 9 years.  I can't say the
same for much other equipment we have, including Macs, Promise :-),
various white boxes, and Compaqs.
