[lug] UML modeling tools

HI,

This may be considered somewhat off-topic - but it is relevant to open source software...

What UML tools are people using for their application documentation needs?  It would be nice to find an affordable tool that integrates well with Eclipse.  Support for many languages is very important.  We use Ruby, Java, C++, ...  Any and all experience reports would be appreciated.
