[lug] Kernel numbering

Here's the command and the result:

$ uname -r
2.6.22-14-generic

I understand the "2.6.22" but what's the "-14-generic" part?

(For example, if I use "git" to pull a source tree, I can find a tag for
v2.6.22, but not for v2.6.22-14-generic)
