*Estimated Duration:  6+ Months*





*PROJECT SCOPE:*

·        Assist project team in developing management software for Aztek's
embedded telecom hardware products



*REQUIREMENTS:*

*Education*

·        Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred

*Experience*

·        *5+ years experience (required)*

·        *Strong Java 1.5 (required)*

·        *Linux/Solaris (required)*

·        *Redhat Package Manager installation and configuration (required)*

·        *XML/XSL/XPATH parsing (strongly preferred)*

·        *SNMP application development (strongly preferred)*

·        *Telephone switch management (strongly preferred)*

·        *Open source applications development within a J2EE environment
(preferred)*

·        *ProComm (desired)*

*Skills & Attributes*

·        Ability to work effectively in a small team of engineers

·        Ability to react quickly and adapt to changes in priorities,
circumstances, and direction

·        Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with
colleagues

·        Ability to communicate effectively with others, including
proficiency in written and verbal communications, and strong listening
skills

·        Self-starter with ability to exercise judgment, perform assigned
tasks, and meet schedules with minimum supervision**
