Memory says that there's a process trying to automagically do something with the CD and it can't figure out what to do, but it keeps trying, used to be magicdev under gnome but it's probably udev now.
Is there a physical CD in the drive? Does "fuser /dev/cdrom" (or whatever device the log is complaining about) return any processes (e.g. something that got hung)?
