[lug] initrd target

I've used "yaird," with invocations like this:

  sudo /usr/sbin/yaird 2.6.24-rc5-jsh --output initrd.img-2.6.24-rc5-jsh

On Ubuntu, I needed

   sudo apt-get install yaird
