It took me an hour to upload it on my asymmetric DSL connection. 10
hours for 175 megs works out to 4 kb/sec; I tend to expect most LUGers
have faster connections these days. I'm still trying to find the sweet
spot where the video is still recognizable but not too big. So far
I've errored on the side of throwing more bits at the video; I'll try
playing with lower bitrates and see what I can get.
