[lug] Celebration.

Ladies and Gentlemen,

At the end of this month, I will have been doing Linux and Unix on Intel
platforms commercially for 25 years.  My first job serious job was at
Interactive Systems, helping to port Unix to the IBM PC/XT, an 8088, for
IBM, in 1983.   You might think I'd have learned.

I also turn 60 on November 21.

Seems like a good excuse, so instead of buying cupcakes and fruit, I'll
bring a couple of birthday cakes to the BLUG meeting on Thursday.  What the
heck.

Should I bring ice cream, too?
