[lug] Fixed-width fonts for email?

In Gmail, that's at least orthogonal to using fixed-width fonts.  If I
select a plain-text view, it still presents text in variable-width fonts.

The upside-down of that is that I can select "Rich formatting" but then pick
Courier as my font, and get fixed-width.
