[lug] apache not starting

Apache doesn't start because:
>>>>>DocumentRoot must be a directory
It looks OK - see below.
So I think it's what I had the sneaking suspicion about at first - that I made my own Doc directory and selinux is not happy.
I suspect that I want to use httpd_sys_content_t .
When I look up selinux and apache, I see command line commands to change things.
Is there a file where these settings live?
