1. Place opener on can
2. Release worms

:-)

vi for Java
vi for C
vi for perl
vi for sh (any kind)
vi for tcl

Very cross platform (if you use Cygwin where necessary).
On Unix/Linux: cscope for C and Java.

Real developers don't use C++.  It's a moral issue.
