I've never heard of a BYO laptop/notebook/netbook.
They change the prices every day or two, not every minute. That's
normal behavior at many manufacturing or service sites, it's a way of
balancing inventory flow. A services example is airlines, e.g., by
encouraging people to take off-hours flights so they have more seats to
sell on the prime-hours flights where they can charge more.
