[lug] Video Editing

For basic video editing (cutting scenes from longer videos) I use 
Avidemux.  Pretty easy to use and does the job.  You just load the 
original video, mark the start for the clip, mark the end of the clip, 
and save directly to the same format of the original video (i.e mpg, 
avi, etc).  Quick and easy.
