[lug] FS: Dell PowerEdge 2950 units

Folks:

In addition to the previous list, one of our clients from Seattle is wanting to "recycle" some Dell PowerEdge 2950 units.  These are 2U rack mount servers with dual socket, up to quad-core Intel based systems.  4 drive bay (per memory).  These are capable of using CPUs with the virtualization flags for those wanting "full virtualization" via their method of choice (e.g., Xen, KVM, VMware).

I should be getting the Dell Asset tags from this early next week for more specifics.  I suspect the drives will be removed, but the rack rails, CPUs, and RAM should be available.  Their tentative asking price is $1375/each with ~10 units in all.

Please email me offlist if there is an interest.  Prices do not include the sales tax and shipping/handling of course (can be sent directly).  We can potentially offer a 15 to 30 day warranty on these as well, though they are coming from a live environment.
