Before you choose another provider it is probably a good idea to write
down your requirements (what you need and expect) and make sure the
provider you choose agrees to meet them. I don't know about your
current situation but if you go under a three year contract and what
you want or assume isn't in the contract, order or SLA you might just
be out of luck and not be able to dump them for another provider. It
also helps you think about what you are doing.
