I missed the initial post. Is Spark Int'l objecting to SparkFun?
Surely the origin of 'spark' in the name SparkFun is a reference to
one of the many exciting things that can happen when one is
experimenting with electronic components. If Sun prevails, SparkFun
could become SmokeFun, or FireFun. Oh, no. That might anger Mozilla's
corporate masters.
