[lug] KDE Webcam controls?

I just discovered that the webcam in my laptop is active since I upgraded 
to Kubuntu Karmic. It's nice to have working drivers, but it seems to be 
always active, which I don't want.

I haven't found a mechanism for controlling it, like using the sound mixer 
to mute the sound.

Does such a thing exist? If so, what is it called?
