[lug] KDE Webcam controls?

Hi,

The camera on my laptop only turns on when an application like cheese or
Skype gets launched.  I would look through the list of KDE processes in case
there is some app running that activates the camera.

I'd guess rmmod would work. ;-)

The only "turn off my camera" button I've ever seen is in the flash
plugin settings (right click on a flash frame).  FWIW.
