for some of media stuff under windows, i prefer for it to be native.

out of curiosity what do you recommend for virtualization these days.  xen vs vmware?

also, most on this group probably make windows a guest under a parent linux virtualized setup.  

any body make a recommendation going the other way?  what's good virtualization sw (free) for windows to allow a guest like linux to run under it?  is vmware still the best choice?
