[lug] Inexpensive no-ring, voicemail only phone number?

I use Google Voice for this purpose, and find it very well done. I
does not cost anything.
Check on the web if it has what you need!
Besides the voicemail, the neatest feature, IMHO, is the ability to
re-route the calls to lot of different numbers (e.g. your cell phone,
the church landline, etc) without the callers ever know anything about
that - and with rules that you set - eg at a given time ring this
phone, at this other time go straight to voicemail, etc.
