Speaking as a person who just got dinged on my annual review for not
working and playing well with others, I would interject that this aspect
of being a developer depends on your boss.

And I thought I *was* playing nice with them. At least the company
picked a good year to change the system so the "score" on your annual
review is no longer tied to your raise :)
