Yeah, we're one of the few that's still growing and profitable. Last
year folks that made over 50,000 got 2% at the start of the year with a
promise of 2% more at midyear if the company was doing OK - which we did
get. People under 50K got the entire raise at the beginning of the year.

This year they're moving everyone above "menial task" level (it seems)
into a transition into the bonus plan, so we'll get 50 shares of
restricted stock that vests in 6 months and then on 1 Dec (start of
fiscal year) be on the bonus plan (currently 5% at years end if the
company meets whatever the target is they're aiming at.) I'm not sure
exactly of what "level" creates the barrier between bonus plan and merit
increases, but I do know that there's no one in a technical job that's
on merit increases any more.
