That one is definitely a mess that should be cleaned up.

Doesn't really relate to global warming or climate change debate, however.

Haven't seen a single politician stand up and say, "Any other countries 
want to spend some money on this?"

Haven't met a single person who's written to a CongressCritter about it.

Why do Global Climate Change, Cap & Trade, and Kyoto and Kyoto-style 
stuff take priority in Congress over that "clear-and-present" mess to 
clean up?
