Thanks everyone for the advice.  I think that's a good list to consider.

I might look at Microcenter, but I'd almost certainly buy on line to save money.  Which is why I 
picked up a 19" ViewSonic CRT from a co-worker for free rather than using any of your advice.  But I 
appreciate it anyway. :-)
