[lug] Android comparisons

I think you underestimate the number of people who "care" about this
issue, particularly now that handsets feel more and more like laptops.
 Handset exclusivity is an issue that has been debated within Congress
and the FCC, but considerable power is wielded by US carriers.

I do have a feeling Congress will eventually act to end the practice,
but as with most industry regulation, I suspect the outcomes may be
mixed for consumers.
