Thanks for all the suggestions. I may look into upgrading my cell to an
Android before the trip. My current phone is a Palm Pre It has a GPS app but
is really annoying because it turns off the screen every few seconds.
My TomTom is a One130. It loses its ability to locate the satellites after
about a week if I don't download an update using a TomTom app that only runs
on Windows and Macs. So annoying since it runs Linux internally.
