[lug] pptp with init script help

This was the first thing a I did when I noticed it was not coming
up at boot.
I adjusted the selinux settings and rebooted and
now it's working!

Besides selinux, check also the environment, the user and the actual
shell. Usually cron jobs and init are **very** different environment
(and sometimes shells), compared to interactive ones. I've seen users
wasting dozens of hours trying to chase similar issues, which were all
trivially fixed sourcing a couple of dotfiles before calling (or
withing) the script.
