[lug] fedora bug report -need to reopen

Anyone got authorization to reopen a bug report on redhat's bugzilla for
Fedora?  The following bug is still valid for F14.  I posted a note
about it but never heard back, probably because the bug is closed.  But
I can't reopen it.

I keep running into this and can't quite figure out how to get around
it.
