Probably too late to matter but this looks like less than 7TB.  Which would mean sdd1 doesn't 
contain the whole file system.  So you'd want to fix that before you started trying to fix ext3.

TestDisk, included in Parted Magic (http://partedmagic.com/doku.php) can read the file system and 
figure out what the partition table should be.
