I'd have to check the brand, heres the specs.

1U Rackmount
Quad 2.8 Ghz AMD Opteron Socket 940s
4GB DDR2 ECC Registered
2 x SATA 3.0 Gb Hardware RAID
Dual Gigabit Network Ports

They come with sleds, no drives though
