This sounds exactly like the .42 domain experiment...

Clever stuff, and certain fun for people like us, but I'm not sure how 
much practical use it has when you have to use special nameservers.

Don't get me wrong-- I'm no fan of Verisign or ICANN so I'm happy that 
people are thinking about alternative domain registration systems.  But 
for now it seems like these projects are more in the spirit of fun than 
anything serious.
