The attorney board member in our local computer user group said it will be
repackaged with 'child pornography' and slicked through. Even the BBC said
the US government needed increased powers to deal with operations like
megaupload.com (see NANOG list for more on that topic). The problem then
and now is not more laws, but lack of enforcement of existing laws. The
feds are applauding state AG's for going after securities and investment
fraudsters, which the SEC and FBI have failed miserably to do.
